From 6th April 2012, changes to legislation on Energy Performance Certificates (EPC). Unless you already have an EPC, all properties must have an EPC commissioned before marketing the property and made available within 7 days of the property coming onto the market.

 

Option 1 - Standard Listing 'Room Only'

£9 + vat

For only £9 per month, Movestart will advertise your room to let through our advertising network including NeedaProperty, Whathouse, nethouseprices, zoomf, houseladder, Radarhomes, WhatNewHomes, mouseprice, home, MoveTo, Propertynews*, PropertyPal*, Gumtree and more for three months.

The landlord will manage the property during this period, coordinating and conducting all viewings. The landlord will be responsible for all management of the property during the tenancy.

 

Step 1

Register 'My Account'.

Step 2

You upload the description, photos and epc to our website.

We distribute your property details across our 'option 1' advertising network.

Step 3

Potential tenants will see your advert and contact us for more information.

We will pass on all enquiries about your property straight to you via email enabling you to coordinate and conduct the property viewings.

Step 4

Once you have found a tenant, the relevant tenancy documentation and contracts need to be drawn up and signed.
